Our Promise
D&B Supply is proud to stand behind the brands and products we sell. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work hard to ensure you enjoy your purchase and your experience with D&B Supply.
Some exclusions do apply.
In Store Returns & Exchanges
Returned items must be in their original condition and returned within 180 days of purchase.
With Receipt
Items returned that are accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, to the original payment method, plus applicable sales taxes. Returns accompanied by an original sales receipt will be refunded as follows:

*A corporate check will be mailed from our home office if the available store cash is not sufficient.
Without a Receipt
Approved returns without a receipt require a valid State or Federal ID. Items will be returned for the current item price and any refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
Trees & Shrubs
D&B Supply guarantees all trees and shrubs against mortality caused by disease for six months. We do not cover plants destroyed by insects, animals, or neglect. Refunds for the purchase amount will be issued upon the return of the plant with the original sales receipt. Vegetables, perennials and annuals are excluded from this guarantee.
Gas Powered Equipment
Any unused gas-powered equipment in its original packaging may be returned to D&B Supply within our 180-day return window. Any used gas-powered equipment will be subject to inspection and approval at one of our shop locations. Inspection of equipment will take place at the shop stores listed below. Any non-shop store transferring equipment will add a minimum 2-week lead time for transit.

Items purchased through dbsupply.com are subject to the same return standards as in-store purchases. All returns or exchanges must take place in-store and refunds will be issued to the card used for the initial transaction. Please allow up to 7 days for funds to return to your card.
