Senior is a unique pelleted complete feed for older horses. The formula includes glucosamine for joint health along with fiber, energy, vitamins, minerals and live-yeast culture to aid in digestion. Critical nutrients are in a highly palatable form that horses consume. LMF senior is a total balanced diet for all categories of horses except young growing horses under 12 months of age. The feed has a specific application to the mature horse with chewing problems and performance horses from light to extensive work levels. Feed the LMF along with free choice plain salt or iodized salt and 2 - 3lbs per day of long-stemmed hay according to the following table.

*For horses with chewing difficulties, worn or missing teeth, the feed should be soaked in water for 20 minutes before feeding. Add enough water to soak their feed thoroughly. The amount of water to soak up the feed will vary depending on the amount of feed provided to the horse.
