Prestige Premium Grass Seed, 8 Lb

Prestige Premium is formulated to provide dark green turf. This blend develops an aggressive rhizomatous root structure that quickly recovers from heavy use but could develop thatch. Performs best in partial to full sun and provides a medium to fine texture. Application rate should be seeded at 5-7 lbs/1000 sf. A little more patience and warmer weather are needed for this blend's germination window of 20 to 30 days. Quality maintenance is required with annual aeration expected after 5 years.
